Michael Emanuel is a Reiki master teacher, a Reiki practitioner and a Licensed Massage Therapist.  As a practitioner, Michael offers Reiki and massage separately, and in combination, tailoring each session your specific needs.
​Michael trained through the Reiki Training Program and became a Washington State Certified Reiki Master in Usui Shiki Ryoho in 2006. He is also a Registered Reiki Master in Karuna Reiki through the International Center for Reiki Training, and studied at the DiscoveryPoint School of Massage, Seattle to become a Licensed Massage Therapist.  (MA#61167674, NPI#1811561095) 
Michael's path to Reiki was slow. As a professional engineer, turned marketing and business analyst, he kicked and​ screamed against the metaphysical aspects of Reiki until he realized the scientific explanations he was finding to explain Reiki another way were even less plausible than the ideas he was being invited to explore with his very patient Reiki teachers. In the end, he gave up resisting and decided to practice and teach Reiki instead.  He brings that same rational spirit and thirst to explore non-consensus reality to his teaching.
